1. WHO IS CHEF DANIEL?
Chef Daniel is an Ohio native and graduate of the LeCordon Bleu Culinary Program at Brown College. He has worked in the food industry since 1997 and has been an Executive Chef since 2012. Daniel has served small dinners for two and coordinated events up to 3000. About Magazine’s Reader’s Choice, Best of the Best named Daniel the Top Chef in Stark County in 2017, 2018, 2020 & 2021. He was the Runner-up in 2019. Recipient of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Twenty under Forty Award in 2022 Daniel and his wife founded Compassion Delivered in 2017, a non-profit in Stark County serving meals to those who are coping with life threatening or terminal illness at no charge.
2. HOW MUCH DO
MEAL PREP SERVICES COST?
Each Meal Prep Service is a minimum of two hours and prices per meal is based mostly on the protean (chicken, pork, beef, fish, etc.) selection.
Most clients opt for meal prep ever other week and receive 12 meals.
The average client spends between $250-$300 per prep session.
*Extra Charges may apply for special dietary needs, special ingredients, additional unforeseen market changes.
3. DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE COOKING PROCESS?
Being home for your first service is preferred to allow for entrance into your home and getting acquainted with you and your kitchen. If you cannot be home for the first scheduled preparation, we can arrange a consultation time to visit the property ahead of time. For subsequent visits, arrangements can be made for a secure method for entering your home if needed.
4. WHAT AREA DOES CHEF DANIEL SERVE?
Chef Daniel regularly services approximately a 10 mile radius from the 44720 zip code. If you live outside of this area, please reach out and see how he can accommodate regular services. Dinner parties and special engagements are available regularly outside of the usual service area.
5. WHAT IF I WANT A MENU ITEM, BUT WANT IT PREPARED DIFFERENT?
Chef Daniel will work with you on making any and all changes to your menu. He has many years of experience dealing with special diets, allergies and other dietary restrictions and palates.
